HOLIDAY SHIPPING

WHERE DOES Qiangsheng Group SHIP FROM?

As a Canadian-based company with our head office and back office located in vibrant Toronto, we're strategically positioned to provide exceptional service to our international customers. To ensure top-notch quality and customization, our main warehouse is situated in Guangzhou, China, where our products are crafted by renowned Chinese manufacturers.

TRANSIT TIME

Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Most orders are processed and out the door in 2 to 5 business days, but transit time can take up to 7-18 Business days in general, depending on your distance from our shipping center.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via the most efficient delivery courier to your destination country's postal service. Shipping cost is generally determined by actual weight of goods and packaging, however, occasionally, the cost may be determined by the dimensional weight of the package (depending on size of the order).

CUSTOM DUTIES, TAXES AND BROKERAGE FEES

International shipments may require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered in our shipping rates. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place your order.

Qiangsheng Group is not responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties or brokerage fees owed. If you decide to refuse a shipment, Qiangsheng Group will not grant refunds of any kind.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER / HOW CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS?

Orders are generally processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with order and tracking information. Once a shipping label is printed, it may take up to 24 - 48 hours to see movement on the carrier's website.

DAMAGES AND STOLEN PACKAGES

Unfortunately, Qiangsheng Group is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages damaged in transit.
If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to info@dicelegend.com If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address if a second delivery attempt is necessary.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct shipping address at 2331230044@qq.com. Please note that if you have already received your shipping confirmation, and your order has been shipped, it may not be possible for us to retrieve the package and additional charge will apply to resend the order.
